Refund policy

At YouxKatavi, customer satisfaction is our priority. All purchases made through www.youxkatavi.com are backed by our satisfaction guarantee. Please review the policy below to understand our return and refund procedures.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, and printed materials must be included

Please note that used products are not eligible for return.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return Instructions

Please review the return guidelines carefully before shipping any items.

Step 1 — Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Before sending your return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

To request an RMA, email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Return

Include the following with your return shipment:

  • The product in original packaging

  • All accessories, and printed materials

  • Your RMA number

  • A copy of your packing slip (if available)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

YouxKatavi is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
