Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • All parts, accessories, and printed materials must be included

  • The product must be more than 50% full (for applicable products)

Please note that used products are not eligible for return.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 30 days after the returned items are received and inspected.


Damaged or Defective Items

Return Instructions

Please review the return guidelines carefully before shipping any items.

Step 1 — Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Before sending your return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

To request an RMA, email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.


Step 2 — Prepare Your Return

Include the following with your return shipment:

  • The product in original packaging

  • All parts, accessories, and printed materials

  • Your RMA number

  • A copy of your packing slip (if available)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

YouxKatavi is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.


Return Inspection & Refund Approval

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Products that do not meet our return policy requirements may:

  • Be returned to the customer, or

  • Be discarded upon request

Refund eligibility will be determined once the returned items are inspected.

YouxKatavi reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
